Aaron Scheid - Director / Buyers Agent

As the founder of Finders Key Buyers Agents, Aaron brings a wealth of local knowledge and global perspective. Engrained in the Toowoomba Community for over 25 years, his beginnings starting just outside Toowoomba on his family farm then moving to East Toowoomba to attend Toowoomba Grammar School. His journey has been marked by significant milestones both personally and within the community, including a prestigious scholarship with the Australian Rural Leadership Program, highlighting his commitment to leadership and community service. Another of his cherished experiences, being part of the first international flight from Toowoomba to Shanghai, China, on an A330 jet in 2016 as part of Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprises. For Aaron, family is the cornerstone of his why, driving him to create a meaningful impact in the community that has shaped him. This profound connection to family and community fuels his dedication to helping clients navigate the property market, ensuring they find not just a house, but a home in the special community of Toowoomba.

Holly Scheid - Director / Buyers Agent

Born and raised on the Darling Downs, Holly has always held a deep affection for this picturesque region. Holly calls Toowoomba home, sharing a busy life with husband Aaron and their 3 children. Hollys professional journey spans over 2 decades with the Department of Justice, QLD Health, and the Disability Sector. Her career has been marked by a strong commitment to helping others, which has now led her to the real estate world.

Drawing on personal experiences, purchasing both residential properties to call home as well as investment properties for her property portfolio, Holly understands first hand the challenges and stresses involved in finding and acquiring a home. This insight fuels her passion for assisting others in their property journeys. Angela Aikman - Assistant Buyers Agent

Ange is our Buyers Agent Assistant and a proud Toowoomba local. After moving from Brisbane with her husband Jeff in 2016, they quickly fell in love with the region. With nearly 20 years’ experience at Suncorp as a Project Administrator and a background in IT Recruitment, Ange brings a highly organised, people-focused approach to real estate. As a property owner with investment experience, she understands the buying process from a personal perspective and loves working closely with local agents to uncover off-market and pre-market opportunities for our clients. Her approachable nature, and dedication to client outcomes make her a valued part of our team.
