Aaron Scheid - Director / Buyers Agent

Aaron Scheid, the founder of Finders Key Buyers Agents, brings a wealth of local knowledge and global perspective. Engrained in the Toowoomba Community for over 25 years, his beginnings starting just outside Toowoomba on his family farm then moving to East Toowoomba to attend Toowoomba Grammar School. His journey has been marked by significant milestones both personally and within the community, including a prestigious scholarship with the Australian Rural Leadership Program, highlighting his commitment to leadership and community service. Another of his cherished experiences, being part of the first international flight from Toowoomba to Shanghai, China, on an A330 jet in 2016 as part of Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprises. For Aaron, family is the cornerstone of his why, driving him to create a meaningful impact in the community that has shaped him. This profound connection to family and community fuels his dedication to helping clients navigate the property market, ensuring they find not just a house, but a home in the special community of Toowoomba.

Holly Scheid - Director / Assistant and Client Liaison Officer

Holly Scheid, born and raised on the Darling Downs has always held a deep affection for this picturesque region. Holly calls Toowoomba home, sharing her life with husband Aaron and their 3 children. Hollys professional journey spans over 2 decades with the Department of Justice, QLD Health, and more recently she has dedicated her efforts to the Disability Sector. Her career has been marked by a strong commitment to helping others, which has now led her to the real estate world.

Drawing on personal experiences, purchasing both residential properties to call home as well as investment properties for her property portfolio, Holly understands first hand the challenges and stresses involved in finding and acquiring a home. This insight fuels her passion for assisting others in their property journeys. With a blend of personal experience and professional dedication Holly is well-equipped to support homebuyers through the complexities of the property market.
